The Most perfect wedding

Zach and Kelsie's wedding was one of the most beautiful and emotional filled weddings I've ever had the pleasure of attending.

I first met the lovely Kelsie back in 2015/16 during my first years casual of teaching at Inverell High. She was part of a lovely cohort of students who were kind and respectful and that made my job relatively easy!

A few years later, I was thrilled to see her friendly face in the office when we both started working and Macintyre in 2019. I am constantly amazed by Kelsie's dedication, and kindness with staff, students and parents.

So, of course I was SO EXCITED when she asked me to be her wedding photographer.

I can't find the words to adequately describe Kelsie and Zach's wedding. It was just perfect. I'm so grateful I had the opportunity to witness/document the beautiful union between Kelsie and Zach. It was lovely to see how much they are loved by their friends and family. I had a beautiful time briefly catching up with some past students of IHS It was such a joy to hear how happy and well they are doing in their adult lives.

I was also incredibly lucky to have worked along side of Morgan Guest (MG Rural Media) who did a brilliant job with the videography and helping Kelsie with the 'dress fluffs' to get the perfect photos.

That's enough rambling from me. I'll let the photos tell the story now ❤️

Getting Ready...

First looks...

Kelsie's decision to keep her wedding dress a secret from her bridesmaids until her wedding day added an element of surprise and delight to the day. The bridesmaids reaction were incredible and I'm so glad I was able to document their reactions to seeing Kelsie in her dress for the first time.

Kelsie's beautiful pop, Geoff, couldn't make it the wedding, so we dropped into the hospital to get some photos of Kels and the family with him before the ceremony. It was incredibly emotional and bitter sweet. I don't think there as a dry eye documenting these moments. I honestly couldn't feel more honoured to be a part of making these memories for the Dodd family on Kelsie's big day.
